Hout Bay, South Africa

SO much running around. SO much to do. Our list of to-do's is growing by the hour.

We decided that TONIGHT will be our last night in Cape Town.

As chance would have it, tonight was the night Hout Bay has its weekly scheduled power outage. So into town we went to have our last supper. We went back to one of our all-time favourite restaurants, Toni's on Kloof, and had some delicious Mozambican fish.

On the whole medical-aid thing, I've been calling around desperately trying to find who stocks and sells medical supplies and equipment in bulk. Eventually, I got hold of the 3M representative for the Western Cape. What a fantastic woman! She gave us boxes of samples of steri-drapes, surgical masks, gauze, and even a few rolls of reflector tape! All for free!

I've always believed that there are angels who appear when you need them most. Now it's confirmed. Thank you!
